Some exercises. Thinking about how the deltoids, arms, shoulders and rib cage works together. Took longer than I wanted it too.

Working from a reference here which as usual I choose not to include.  All digitally painted, and none of what my teacher calls "photo scrapping" which is using photo referenced textures. A good technique, but better used as a shortcut.

The finished version of that school project. I't could use some more work, but I think it tightened up pretty well.
