A ref' sketch

A marker sketch of some picture I saw on deviant art somewhere. Even though its lit from the bottom I did the line art upside down with the darker parts on the bottom. Thats what happened when you line on automatic.

Scanner woes

This combo printer, scanner is for crap. Especially for my big old 18X24 sketchpad, which is a shame because I like working on the big paper more. The little journal is nice, but way too fiddly.

Turns out a digital camera held at arm's length works even better.
